The capital city of [[Cait]], [[Knassis]] is located on the northern continent of the [[planet]] roughly sixty miles from the village of [[Chtarr]].

This city was the location of a secret [[Admiral Doenitz|Doenitz Telepathic Research Facility]]. The facility was hidden beneath the city and was performing immoral medical experiments upon a variety of sentient beings during the [[Federation Civil War]].

Once the facility was destroyed by crewmembers from the [[52nd Fleet]] [[starship]], the [[USS nimitz]], the city revolted. That revolt spread across the planet and marked the liberation of [[Cait]] from the Doenitz regime.
