Editing Starbase 718

[[Starbase 718]] is a [[Federation]] starbase located near the [[Romulan Neutral Zone]] and a key strategic location for the defense of the Federation colonies in the upper part of the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. The [[Starbase]] is located only a few light years away from Outposts 3, 4, 5 and 6,  serving as a sectorial base.

[[Fleet Admiral Beckett]], in charge of the defense of the Federation upper border with the Romulan, has his office on [[Starbase 718]].
