Seperate office's and quarters for both CMO and ACMO have been provided.

There are four Emergency Rooms each with 5 Bio bed's and other trauma care units, Including ER No.3 which is equiped with Equipment to remove [[Borg]] nanoprobes and other implants from a victim.

Otono has 40 Regular wards and 10 Special wards for special needs Patients. There are also 2 VIP Wards for high profile Patients.

There are 2 Surgery Rooms and 4 special Post Surgery Recovery Rooms.

Otono also has 5 Intensive care units (ICU) where exteme High risk cases are monitered 24 hrs by Medical Personel.

There are 2 landing docks out side and 2 Long range Transports and 1 cargo transport. 

There is also Small Ten foward with and a library next to it.

Crew quarters are located on the outer edge of the Facility.

There is also a Confrence room with 20 seat capacity.

All parts of Otono has Holographic emmiters installed so EMH can be at any place withing the Otono aswell as Landing Dock outside and some other key areas outside Otono.
