Family and Background

Parents originated from England on Earth. They worked on a salvage vessel Storm Chaser where Andrew and his older sister Audrey Williams grew up. Learned how to EVA and salvage from a young age. Audrey joined star fleet intelligence. He was the only survivor when the Storm Chaser got caught in an ion storm while attempting to rescue a stranded freighter. Sister took him in. before joining Starfleet academy. He got married to Jay and they had a son called Ire Williams.

Education

Qualified as an EVA specialist holds a pilots license

Pre-Starfleet History

Storm Chaser learned basics of shuttle piloting, EVA and salvage. After parents death joined the Albatross Organisation's deep space search and rescue vessel SS Hepburn under the commadn of Captain Sazboe where he spent a couple of years. He left the Hepburn at the request of his sister applied for Starfleet Academy as a Doctor.

Starfleet History

During his medical training he specialized in Zero-G and low gravity medicine. He picked this speciality because of his time on the SS Storm Chaser and DSSRV SS Hepburn. He spent a trimester learning how to scuba dive on earth and then spent two trimesters with the fleet deep space search and rescue. While at the academy he became very good friends with Cadets Jay who was his room mate and also Alice Turner, and Isaac Shilling

Medical History

Suffers from nightmares, Suffers from insomnia

Skills

Gets along with other people. He is there if people need him. Cares a lot about his friends & is the first to defend them. Is most happy when in Zero G.

Zero G Martial Arts, Swimming, Scuba Diving, Rock Climbing, Work Bee Racing, Reading World War Two Novels

General Notes

Holds a shuttle pilots license.

Federation Naval Patrol Training

Some of his star fleet training was in Zero-G and low gravity environments. This training took place at the Federation Naval Patrol's Dive School in Portsmouth UK. The course taught him about Zero-G and sub-surface search and rescue. It was taught by Master Chief Petty Officer Holiday who ran the school.

About: Cadet Williams final Psychology Report

I have been seeing Andrew for the last three years since I had taken up the post as Chief Counselor. Andrew has been suffering from nightmares every night since his family was lost on the SS Storm Chaser five years ago. Extensive counselling was given directly after the disaster and subsequently afterwords. This has not however resolved the issue. Due to the nightmares which occur when ever Andrew falls asleep, Andrew was and still is on high doses of stimulants. This course of medication was started by me predecessor. He has recently started to use high caffeine supplements which I fear he had become addicted to. The medication has not hindered his Academy studies. there appears to be no psychology issues from the medication. Apart from the insomnia which he takes regular naps.

He was assigned to the newly refitted USS Road Runner as Chief Medical Officer which had been added back to Starfleet’s fleet from the Albatross Organisation and started her mission of exploring the sub space river network.

The USS Road Runner along with all her crew were stated missing presumed dead when Star base Geneva, its surrounding sectors and the subspace river became a no go area
