The Bloodwing is the private shuttlecraft belonging to Lieutenant Ael Harkonnen T'Rillian an instructor at Starfleet Academy. It is a vessel belonging to the Romulan Shuttle class.
In 2414, she was on leave and returning home from visiting family in the Romulan Star Empire when she was ordered to alter her course to the Dovek System. There, she was to join the USS Rosenante and the USS Boudicca in their mission to ascertain Borg activity on Dovek II. She was piloting the Bloodwing at the time.
The ship was placed in the Boudicca's primary shuttlebay.
The Bloodwing was first seen in the joint USS Boudicca and USS Rosenante mission Once More Into The Breach
