The Rameses was a Danube Class Runabout assigned to the USS Kitty Hawk.
In 2407, it carried several USS Boudicca crewmembers down to the surfce of the planet Iradon.
During it's descent the vessel encountered a strange form of interference caused by the planet's Quantum Signature. As a result the vessel, piloted by Matthew McLaren crash landed in a forested area north of the Kondalka Village.
Despite being damaged, The runabout's systems were remodulated by matthew McLaren and John Linskens to function for a short time. The vessel did it's job, barely managing to reach orbit, where the crew was rescued by the USS Kitty Hawk. The Runabout was pulled into another universe along with Iradon through an Interdimensional Rift.
