Upon returning home from a trip to the home world she slipped into his room on the pretence of keeping him happy and then killed him by slitting his throat as she told him why he was to die. Assigned to the USS Spectre as a nurse | Perses had been captured and was being transported back to Orion territory so her master for trail when the transport that she was on was caught in an ion storm. The hull was breached and the ship was badly damaged. The crew abandoned ship leaving the slaves trapped in the hold. Five days passed until their weak distress signal was picked up by the USS Invincible that was on a long range patrol. The crew were horrified to find the half starved and dying slaves with in the barely surviving hull. They quickly transported all the slaves back the Invincible where they could get proper care. | ||
The Captain of the Invincible after discussions with Starfleet agreed that the slaves could seek asylum and sanctuary in the Federation if they wanted to. All the slaves agreed to this as they had nothing for them in the Orion territories then pain and suffering but their new home was months away as the Invincible still had a long patrol to complete. | |||
During her recuperation she spent along time in sickbay and go to know the medical team well. She was able to get a sickbay secondment while she was on board. She had decided to join Starfleet to try and repay the debt that she owed them in saving her life. | |||
