Gunnell is a devoted scientist that has devoted her entire life to the furtherment of understanding the universe around her. She is one of Starfleets foremost Borg authorities and has PHD's in cybernetics, applied bioengineering and exobiology.
Family and Background
One of three born to Samuel and Denise Gunnell, Samantha is the eldest and most driven of the children, she grew up in the alpine regions of Switzerland and eventually married Tierrie, her lifelong friend and eventual fellow scientist.
