Mariah IV is the fourth planet in the Mariah system.
Along with Fahleena III and Ultima Thule, Mariah IV lies on the route formerly taken by Valerian traders supplying weapons-grade dolamide to the Cardassians. (DS9: "Dramatis Personae")
