Ensign JG Christopher Adams (played by Jason French) is a Starfleet officer currently serving as Assistant Chief Engineering Officer of the LoDona loyal USS Paladin. Christopher Adams is a large lumbering fellow. On the heavy side, he has a plump face with a "buzz cut" and a beard.

Childhood

Christopher Adams comes from a long line of Starfleet officers. His father, grand father, and great grand father all served in Starfleet. His grandfather served on the USS Melbourne and was killed in the Battle of Wolf 359 when his father was fifteen years old. His father's first posting was to Starfleet Tactical where he specialized in weapons to fight the Borg. There his father met his mother. As a child, he moved from starbase to starbase with his parents, but setteled on Earth in Houston, Texas during his teenage years. ("Training Days")

Christopher grew up always under the assumption that he was going to join Starfleet like the rest of his family. During his high school years, he worked in Houston's local transport facility. His boss often said that he was very good engineer, better than many of the crew that he had working in the facility. ("Training Days")
