Avery Brooks

An academy classmate of Ensigns James Guildford and Julia Tagliani. He was a member of the Inquisition and participated in the Inquisition's council of three.
He was instrumental in convincing an Andorian Resistance Cell to help get the Inquisition off of the planet Andoria. For more details on his exploits, see Julia Tagliani's starfleet history.
