Family and Background

Richard is born in San Francisco, Earth, in a wealthy family, his parents are owning a club, the Diamond Club, one of the most popular establishment in town. As unique child his path was in some way all mapped out, his father was planning to send him to the Commercial and Trade University to take in the future his succession at the Club.

But Richard's yearning were totally different, the Club was situated in the neibourghood of Starfleet Academy and frequented by Starfleet Officers and Cadets
