Emily Star

Physical Description

Emily looks like a typical Vulcan. Her blood is red and she does have the empathic/telepathic abilities of a Betazoid. Which combined with a Vulcan's touch telepathic abilities makes her a pretty strong person when she wants to be.

Background

Emily was born on a Transport Vessel. Her parents, not being married, decided it would be easier to give her up for adoption. She was adopted by the Star famliy - who named her. Her Betazoid abilities didn't surface till she was in her mid-teens. Her parents were told that she wasn't a usual Vulcan as her blood was red- but they weren't sure to what extend her mixed abilities would come out. Emily didn't know how to cope with being half and half. Her parents, being human, couldn't empathize with the confusing thought patterns and emotional battles. She grew angry and acted out in school.

Emily enjoys writing holo-novels (mostly mystery) as well as gardening in her spare time.

Skills

Emily is a skilled fighter. She enjoys exercising and takes pride in her ability to stand up for herself. However she has learned to hold back her temper, which is how she made it throught the academy. Emily does have a creative side and can be rather imaginative when called upon. This is where she excelled in both the medical and engineering aspects.
