Submersible Base Abyss is a traning and facilitation base for the Federation Naval Patrol on the planet Pacific. It has been designed to train Achadomy graduates on deep submersible handling as well as being a repair and testing facility for the planets submersibles. The Submersible Base Abyss has close linkes with the different submersible reseach instetutes on Pacifica namely the Pacifica Submersible Research Institute.
