The Starbase

The base is the first new starbase to be constructed by the Federation since the contraction. She is an ugly base being constructed from several different species including Trill, Andor and Federation. The base was built in the orbit of Trill to serve as a new place where the past and present members of the Federation could meet to discuss the future in peace.
