Human/Vulcan-Romulan

There is only one known Human/Vulcan Romulan. This race was not done by natural recreation, but instead in a laboratory. Calvin Capps' parents were Human and Vulcan. They are also genetic specialist on Research Facility 23. As a child Calvin was given Romulan genetics which made him a Human/Vulcan Romulan.
