The Asrai are expert builders and have selected to build all of their cities in mountainous regions. The largest of these cities is [[Celdebrai City]]. The city boasts a rough population of about 500,000 inhabitants. It is the capital city of the entire Asrai people, who are said to have inherited their global world government from the Aowa.

The city boasts the [[Golden Temple]], which is the home to the  High Oracle and the Voice of the High Oracle, the two rulers of the planet. Among the religious orders, the city is considered a place for outcasts and for the ignorant masses who are unable or unwilling to adhere to the religious teachings of the orders.
