This wing is composed of only four capital vessels, and the rest of the fleet is smaller Destroyers (Which, on average, tend to be exploratory/diplomatic or scientific vessels by Primary Classification. Excelsior's, Oberth's, Steamrunner's etc would be a good example of such craft)

This Tactical wing could still cause heavy damage in a fight, but it is not geared to combat. In a Wartime setting, the only place that a fleet of this sort would be found would be in Tactical wing designed to escort vessels, or run behind-the-lines defense and picket duty. Such a Wing on the front line would be pounded and destroyed in very little time.
