==Khoda Rhone==

Eventually Ono couldn't take it any longer and decided that it was his moral obligation to correct the imbalance that the crash of the Medea had caused. Against direct orders from the Away Team commander, Ono, in his native guise of Khoda Rhone managed to integrate himself into the local war effort, where he demonstrated to the leaders of the Gab Union his ability to comprehend and recreate the [[Federation]] technology.

Initially his plans were to simply bring the war to an end, determine what had happened to the Medea and eventually leave the planet and return to the Federation. However, he soon found himself nearly worshipped by the population of the Gab Union and foolishly made a bid for power. 

Finally, from a position of military force he was able to dictate terms of a peace agreement between the warring powers of the planet, and in so doing established himself as the undisputed hero of the Union. He succumbed to the adoration of the population and accepted the position of Supreme Commander for life. He then renamed the [[Gab Union]] to the [[Rhone Union]] and established [[Khoda City]] on the site of the Medea Crash Site.

Now, drunk with power, Ono posed a very real threat to the planet's cultural development. 

The remaining members of the away team, realized that something had to be done. Attempts to rationalize with Ono proved fruitless and eventually it was decided that extreme measures had to be taken in order to safeguard the Irlixian's culture and natural development.

In 2394, the other remaining members of the away team, with the exception of [[Helen Baker]], attempted the assassination of Ono Nakamura. 

They failed.

Ono, in his anger, ordered them rounded up. Eventually they were all tortured and killed during an escape attempt, with the exception of Lieutenant Baker, who was allowed to live unmolested in the top secret [[Seliya Facility]], where she befriended [[Sola Malinae]]. Later Helen would die as a result of a relapse of [[Rigelian fever]], when [[Ryetalyn]] could not be synthesized to keep the disease in check. 

Realizing that he could never return to the Federation now, Ono, became completely consumed by his alter ego Khoda Rhone and set out to unify the planet under his control.

Always paranoid about the potential arrival of another Federation Starship, Ono put into place a series of traps in an attempt to detect them. When the [[Irlixian]]s launched their first warp capable [[starship]] in 2403 and were attacked by the operations team of the [[USS Champlain]], Ono was quick to implement his own Cyber-offensive capabilities.

In 2413, when the [[USS Bohrs]] was detected, despite her [[Cloaking device]], Ono ordered the ship seized. He managed to launch a successful cyber attack which brought down the ship's computer and allowed the military of the Rhone Union to capture the vessel.

The Bohrs was taken as a prize ship to the [[Seliya Facility]]. Later he ordered the Commanding officer of that ship, [[Rank|Captain]] [[Sarah Brightman]] executed.

Little did he know that the [[USS Rosenante]] would be dispatched a few days later to rescue the crew of the Bohrs. Not only would they be successful in recovering the crew from the Bohrs, but they would also manage to unveil Nakamura and arrest him for violation of the [[Prime Directive]].

Further work by Captain Salid and the [[Federation Diplomatic Corps ]] would also further aid the [[Irlixian]]s in developing a planetary government that would later allow them to join the interstellar community a a Federation Protectorate.
