==Pre-Starfleet History==
Elizabeth was born on Betazed where it was discovered at an early age that she was abnormally strong in the telepathic arts. This allowed her to be accepted into a special school for people that were born with high mental potential. While there she studied all core subject matter, along with Dance, Art, Theater, basically anything that could keep her mind occupied. It was discovered that Elizabeth could not only memorize many different subject matters quickly but she could also mentally multitask, keeping track of multiple different area of study and tasks that needed to be accomplished. When She turned 18 Elizabeth was accepted into medical school with the dream of one day acquiring her own ship and joining her parents. She excelled in her studies focusing on areas of trauma care, surgery, and Advanced Bio-Engineering. While in Med school she found a near by Secondary College for Flight control and navigation. Since this school fit into her overall plan She applied and with her mental ability was accepted. Due to her thirst for knowledge she was able to keep her grades with the added course load. In fact she enjoyed the challenge. Elizabeth graduated at the top of her class in both schools. It was this thirst for knowledge that lead her into the federation the ability to go explore and learn from the vastness of the galaxy appealed to her. She entered the federation with he aim on the medical field and a secondary with Operation she figured it was this pairing that offered her the most exposure to see and learn new things.
