Editing Asrai Prime

[[Asrai Prime]] is a [[Class M]] [[planet]] located in [[Sector 6309]]. The planet is inhabited by the [[Asrai]] people.

The planet has no satellites, and orbits a binary solar pair. Oddly the planet's orbit although elongated, remains firmly in the habitable zone around it's parent stars. The world is tectonically and tidally active, as a result of the gravitational influence of it's two binary parent stars.

The climate is mostly moderate, and it does have three distinct seasons, most similar to spring, summer and fall on the [[Human|Terran]] scale.

There is a variety of life on the world and it is very diverse.

In 2414, the USS Rosenante visited this world after visiting the [[Rogue Planet]] [[Solyon]]. That planet threatened to destabilize the delicate orbital balance that Asrai prime maintained around it's [[Binary stars|binary pair]].

The Asrai system is roughly 18 days from the [[Federation]] frontier with the sector.
