[Captain Samsus, Captian’s log supplemental]

“We can not let it off the ship. The risk to the federation and every species in the galaxy would be devastating. The Second life has infected the ship quicker then we could have expected. Everything that sickbay tried it just found a way round it. the crew has been dying quicker then a treatment can be found. But then after they die it gets worse. Zombies that the only thing that I can say all those childhood horror movies that I use to match as a child have come to life and are hunting the corridors.

I have tried to protect the crew as much as I can but there is no way out. The warp core is shut down due to the damage they caused and we are running out of power. What is left of the crew has gathered in auxiliary control and I am the last on the bridge.

There is only one way out. I have deactivated the safety locks on all the external hatches and have been increasing the atmospheric pressure over the last few hours. My plan is to vent the whole ship into space which will kill the zombies and hopefully the Second Life as well but there must be no chance that the Second Life can infect any of use to keep its self alive in case we are found. this means that every one must die." 

A sound of rapid beeping echoed across the bridge
