Editing Frazil

[[Frazil]] was the Fleet commander of the [[starship]] fleet belonging to the [[Rhone Union]], a political entity that existed on the [[planet]] [[Irlix]].

Frazil was responsible for the operation that captured the [[USS Bohrs]] as well as for the defensive operation of the system against the suspected arrival of the [[USS Rosenante]] in 2413.

Frazil commanded a small fleet of three capital ships and six support vessels and for nearly 36 hours attempted to track and capture the cloaked Rosenante while it conducted rescue operations in the [[Irlixian]] system.

Eventually, the limited detection capabilities possessed by his fleet was overcome when Captain Salid deployed several [[Stealth Buoy]]s to confound their scanners.

Later after the final phase of the operation began, [[Rank|Commander]] [[T'Larah Sullivan]] revealed the Rosenante's location in order to draw the Irlixian fleet away from the planet and thereby prevented them from interfering with the rescue operation.

Frazil's limited space combat experience resulted in his falling prey to the ancient tactic of the Cochran Deceleration, that Sullivan employed to devastating effect.

The fleet commander and his crew were rescued by the Rosenante after a warp breach in progress was detected.  His flag ship the [[RUS Starfall]] was destroyed as a result of the breach.

Later Frazil would become the commander of the combined space fleet that would serve the unified government of [[Irlix]]. He would revolutionize the fleet's function and training, patterning it after [[Starfleet]].
