[[General Deen M'locha]] is [[Color II]]'s highest ranked officer, General, and military leader. His service began when he was 18 years old and he had served loyally until 2412 when Color II's government decided to join the [[United Federation of Planets]] (UFP). General M'locha openly disagreed with the decision but continued to be loyal and run the military with high success. He began to become disloyal during the process of becoming a member of the UFP because he felt that his power as Military Commander was being restrained. 

To recapture the power that he felt he deserved he began to look for a way to control not only Color II's military but the entire planet itself. That was when he stumbled upon [[Teravere]]. He quickly began living a double life as Color II's military leader and the man who was secretly planning the take over of Color II. During this process he made acquaintance's with a group known as [[Section 31|S31]].

S31 needed to find a way to deploy a certain weapon and General M'locha happily accepted the job. By agreeing to help S31 he would have a bankroll, powerful friends, and the ability to use the Teravere to control Color II. During his attempt to use the Teravere the [[USS Boudicca]] interrupted his plans and successfully defeated the General's [[Beast of Color II|Beast]] and stopped the spread of Teravere. At present General M'locha was able to escape from the USS Boudicca and the [[Starfleet]] crew is searching for his ship, the [[Aquarii]]. 

==Biography and History==
 
Deen joined Color's II military academy after completing public schooling at the age of 18. He was first assigned to active duty as the lowest ranking officer. During his 33 years of active military service he was able to rise through the ranks until he reached the highest rank of [[Rank|General]] and the top position of Military Commander. His military experience includes the success of 2 planetary wars and 1 para-civil war. He is a 6'1" male Colorian with dark eyes and dark hair. His body type is muscular but his age is beginning to show with extra weight and body fat as well as wrinkles on his face.
