[[Memory Omega]] is the code name for a secret subterranean Doenitz facility located on the planet [[Kabor Prime]]. The facilities most important project is the development of the [[Omega Device]] by factions of [[Starfleet]] that still believe that they can reclaim the UFP even without Doenitz. The facility was also a massive repository of information, and was considered a backup of [[memory Alpha]] although it's existence was unknown to [[Starfleet Command]] until 2408, when the [[USS Rosenante]] tracked the [[ISS Rosenante]]. The facility had been attacked and the vital components for the [[Omega Device]] had been stolen by the [[Mirror Universe]] [[Ahmed Ibn Salid]].

==Mirror Universe==

In the [[Mirror Universe]] [[Memory Omega]] is a secret facility that was established by order of [[Regent]] [[Spock]] prior to the formation of the [[Terran Republic]]. He conscripted doctors Carol and David Marcus to design the facility, which will be the storehouse of all Terran Knowledge and accomplishments after its fall. 

After the defeat of the Republic, members of the Rebellion against the [[Klingon-Cardassian Alliance]] used the facility to conduct their operations against the KCA. The [[planet]]'s location near [[Cardassian]] territory was ideal. 

After the formation of the [[Imperial Union of Planets]] the facility became the home of several secret projects.  [[Rank|Captain]] [[Ahmed Ibn Salid]] built the [[ISS Rosenante]] here after agents stole the plans for the [[USS Rosenante]] from the Prime Universe. Additionally, the [[Omega Device]] was developed at this facility.

Some of the facilities chief research developers included Doctor Noonian Soong and [[Zachary Falthgood]].
