Editing Recollectors

At fault to have the actual name for this species, we are forced to rely on a description of their habits to define them. This is how various other species that have encountered them have named them in their various languages.They seem to be humanoid but none of the species that have encountered the, have ever seen them face-to-face. They usually wear concealing clothing, similar to a long cloak. They seem to be thin looking. It’s impossible to know if there are morultiple genders among the [[Recollectors]].

The federation does not have any direct knowledge for them. despite the fact that hey have appeared throughout the [[Alpha Quadrant]], no federation ship has encountered them. As for the species who have encountered them by chance, those encounters were brief.

The only thing we know for sure is this: They collect ancient alien artifacts. We do not know if this collection is specific to a certain species, type or function. We don’t know from which planet they originate, nor do we know anything about their culture or language. They keep to themselves and their business seems to be very secretive. They have never acted aggressively toward anyone that they have encountered.
