The USS Mithrandir is a Nova Class starship in service of the 52nd Fleet. It is commanded by Captain Archibald Stakes. The First Officer is Commander Olorin Okita.

Diogenes and his Lamp[edit]

Stardate: 2408.09.20

The crew have a new acting CO and a new acting FO. With Captain Stakes still missing, the crew is preparing to shake down their ship with a short voyage, which may be extended if the ship performs well.

Stardate: 2408.09.21

The ship is now at warp; intercepting a distress call from an ancient Federation ship, the USS Magee from close to the Neutral Zone Border... the crew are preparing for their arrival.

Stardate: 2408.09.22

Intecepting the Magee, the Mithrandir sent an away team onboard to investigate... the ship was docked and cloaked at the same time... on their approach, it was discovered that drones were protecting the Mageee, in order to slip in undiscovered, they managed to dock while cloaked.

After an away team investigation, a drone slammed into the Mithrandir, not aware it was there due to the cloak, the ship had no choice but to disengage. The cloak went offline and the drones began to attack.

Managing to transport the away team onboard, the ship began to fight of and repel the drones only to discover a nearby Romulan warbird had somehow transport someone onboard, seemingly in mid-transport.

The departed, leaving the Mith to deal with the drones.

Previous starships of this name[edit]

The Defiant class USS Mithrandir NCC 77752 was attached to Starbase Geneva as a support ship.

It was destroyed during the recent Civil War.

-Small and slightly built, Abby has an oval face with high cheekbones. Her nose tilts up very slightly at the end, and her mouth is generally smiling. Has a friendly nature which conceals a deep cynicism and a streak of ruthlessness.

-Father: Joshua Heyes Mother: Cassandra Ree Siblings: Thomas (30), Alec (28) and James (26) As the only girl and the 'baby' of the family Abigail might have been spoilt rotten. But she turned out to be a tomboy, preferring to play with her brothers rather than her dolls. Joshua ran a casino in Paris (and Cassandra the bar/restaurant inside) from the time Abigail was two years old, so she grew up in a rather unconventional setting. This gave her a lot of confidence and a certain degree of cynicism about human (and alien) nature. She also learned self-defence and how to deal with drunks bigger and stronger than herself.
