Kaylee Parker is the Chief Engineer and Mining Officer aboard the Tellarite freighter Moarvol. She was responsible for the maintenance of the ship as well as the separation processes associated with the removal of useable metal ores, usually Magnesite or Duranium, recovered from Asteroids. Her nickname was "Nose" because she "had a nose for trouble."
In 2413, she and the rest of the crew of the Moarvol were mining magnesite in the Zeta Draconis System when they inadvertently contracted an infestation of Vexarak Spoilers.
