Emily Post
Lieutenant Emily Post is a Medical Officer assigned to the USS Rosenante. She holds a double degree in Neurology and Medical Operations, as such she wears the gold operations Uniform.
In 2414, during a crisis aboard Starbase 989 Emily found herself in command of the medical department aboard the USS Rosenante. With The CMO, Doctor Kimiko Ichijo and ACMO Sam Lopez unable to reach the ship because of Riots aboard the starbase, she was forced to assume the worst and organize sickbay to receive casualties from the starbase.
During this time, she treated USS Boudicca crewmember Jessica Signos for Toxicological poisoning. She also performed cranial surgery on Ensign Eian O'Neill to remove five Vexarak Spoilers that had wrapped themselves areound his Brain Stem. Unable to use conventional surgeries, she instituted a revolutionionary procedure using isolinear tags and the Rosenant'e transporter.
Both patients survived.
