Pre-Starfleet History
Christian was born on April 31, 2382, to Nara and Matthew Brownlee, in Boston, on Earth.Christian's birth into the Brownlee family in 2382 was marred by great tragedy: the death of his mother, Nara during childbirth. Though the situation was beyond his control, Christian ever since has blamed himself for her death, but there was nothing the doctors could do, except try to save him. This dominated his childhood, but he was bolstered by his brother, Joran, and was able to recover and have a rather normal childhood.
He attended Methuen High School with his brother, and graduated at the top of his class in 2400. He immediately enrolled in Starfleet Academy, majoring in Stellar Navigation, and minoring in Exo-linguistics.
