Family and Background One of two children born to Michael & Samantha Luxulyan, her brother is a Starfleet propulsion specialist. Michael Luxulyan was an eminant warp field technologies specialist & is renowned for his work on the further developments regarding the soliton wave project. Samantha did not enter starfleet but chose the route of a biologist instead.
