Delta IV

Delta IV is home to the Deltan species. A Federation member world, a number of Deltans have served in Starfleet, including USS Enterprise navigator Lieutenant Ilia in the early 2270s. Willard Decker served on Delta IV, where, at the time, he met Ilia. (Star Trek: The Motion Picture)
