A Kedion Pulse is a form of energy pulse that can create interference in a Positronic Net, causing it to reset certain subroutines. (TNG: "Descent, Part II")
Jean-Luc Picard, Geordi La Forge and Deanna Troi used a Kedion pulse generated through modification of a Borg interlink transceiver to reset Data's ethical program. (TNG: "Descent, Part II")
