Arctura II

Arctura II is a Class O planet located in the borders of the United Federation of Planets The planet is ringed and possesses three irregular natural satellites, as well as a small Federation orbital facility.
It is best known as the world where the annual Starfleet Academy Regatta is held. Cadet Ahmed Ibn Salid visited this planet when he participated in the 34th Starfleet Academy Regatta. Salid and his crew won the regatta a full twenty two minutes ahead of their closest competition.
