Alpha Platoon[edit]
"Death Dealers" 1st Squad (Infantry), Alpha Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
Named by SquadCO after a particularly bloody charge through enemy lines where they inflicted massive enemy casualties, while taking relatively few themselves.
Patch: The Horned Helm of the Death Dealer (Frank Franzetta)
Motto: "Death waits for no one!"

"Fallen Angels" 2nd Squad (Combat Engineers), Alpha Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
The Fallen Angels were named by CCE Michelle Roberts at the creation of the squad.
Patch: A Stogie smoking angel
Motto: "Hell Bound, Heaven Sent"
"Mighty Thunk" 3rd Squad (Infantry), Alpha Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
According to popular squad 'legend', the squad was originally named after a bar brawl. Several members of the squad were picked up by the Marine Guard, and in asking why they had started, one of the sappers replied 'I just wanted to give them pilots a mighty thunk on their head, they were to stupid to drink with.'
Patch: A stylized fist with appropriate 'sweeps' to make it look like it's swinging.
Motto: "Do Unto Others..."
"Death from Below" 4th Squad (Heavy Assault Infantry), Alpha Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
Like all Heavy Assault groups, this one comes complete with all the long-range artillery. The name derives from a time when they were engaged with the enemy, and used their heavy-weapons to take down troop-ships and shuttles. In popular myth, after taking down the 2 dozenth shuttle, the SquadCO was quoted to have saying "My God, we really are Death from below!"
Patch: A winking and grinning skull.
Motto: "Strength is born in the deep silence of suffering hearts."
Beta Platoon[edit]
"Freedom and Pride" 1st Squad (Heavy Assault Infantry), Beta Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
The SquadCO that created this squad was highly patriotic to the Federation, and to Starfleet, and was quite proud in showing it.
Patch: The Great Federation Seal, on a field of red, with a sword piercing it through the middle
Motto: "Annihilation to traitors!"
"Weighted Scales" 2nd Squad (Forward Assault Infantry), Beta Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
The woman who created the squad was once a member of JAG, and was a great believer in justice. After an attack on her resident Starbase, she left JAG and joined the Marines, so she could deliver 'justice' by the edge of the sword.
Patch: Two scales being balanced on a swords blade.
Motto: "Without Justice, Courage is weak"
"Troubled Minds" 3rd Squad (Reconnaissance), Beta Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
Recon Squads are the men and women that scout ahead in order to 'ease' troubled
minds of the Company commanders. After one such sortie, a Company Commander was reputed to have told the SquadCO 'Damn it man, you're giving me a headache. Your news keeps going from bad to worse"
Patch: A sign with an arrow and 'road to hell' written on it.
Motto: "Bad To Worse."
"Semper Fi" 4th Squad (Infantry), Beta Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
This squad was named at its time of creation by a man who was a great believer in history, based on the old American Marines.
Patch: The Federation Marine seal crossed by two swords.
Motto: "Semper Fi, Do or Die!"
Gamma Platoon[edit]
"One for All" 1st Squad (Marine Guard), Gamma Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
This squad was recently created, and it's name is a pun on their position as the only Marine Guard for the 1st Boudicca Company
Patch: the Scales of justice over the background of the Federation Seal
Motto: "Our liberties we prize, and our rights we will maintain."
"Destination Unknown" 2nd Squad (Heavy Assault Infantry), Gamma Platoon, 1st
Boudicca Company
This squad has been moved back and forth among many exploration ships, often time being one of only a handful of squads on non-military ships. As a result they have had a number of recruits that come from a scientific background, and made a habit of studying the same anomalies as the regular scientific crew. They hold it as a matter of pride that they never know where they are going next, or on what ship.
Patch: A fist with the thumb stuck out, as if hitchhiking.
Motto: "Experience the awe and mystery..."
"Desperate Measures" 3rd Squad (Infantry), Gamma Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
This squad is the conglomerate of several different squads that were nearly wiped out during a Cardassian War. In a last-ditch effort of desperate measures, they were sent to defend a Starfleet Outpost, and even after heavy fighting held the outpost until reinforcements arrived. They elected to stay together and form a new squad, rather then reform the four that were previously destroyed.
Patch: A Cartoon bomb with the Federation Seal, and 'Desperate Measures' scrawled on the bomb.
Motto: "Desperate Times call for Desperate Measures
"Armageddon" 4th Squad (Forward Assault Infantry), Gamma Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
The SquadCO of Armageddon is a somewhat religious man, and his squad is a Forward Assault group. If you ask him, then he will say the Bells of Armageddon will ring one day, when an enemy catches site of his (or a similar) group coming over their walls blazing.
Patch: A scythe, making motions of sweeping.
Motto: "This is the way the world ends..."
Tango Platoon[edit]
"Freedom's Call" 1st Squad (Infantry), Tango Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
Named by the men of the platoon, in honor of their SquadCO, Michaela Freedom.
Patch: A Heralds Trumpet on a field of black and blue.
Motto: "We will be heard!"
"Absolute Power" 2nd Squad (Infantry), Tango Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
Another joke for a name, by a SquadCO who joined Starfleet later in life after graduating from the University of Betazed with a philosophical degree.
Patch: A Jester, juggling hand grenades
Motto: "Absolute Power Rocks Absolutely!"
"Countdown" 3rd Squad (Reconnaissance), Tango Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
This squad was spontaneously renamed during a long layover before an invasion, which later turned out to be a very bloody affair.
Patch: A cartoon stopwatch
Motto: "Time is the fire in which we burn"
"Death Not Denied" 4th Squad (Infantry), Tango Platoon, 1st Boudicca Company
This squad started as a Combat Engineering squad, and during a particularly deadly mission the squad was nearly wiped out (including all but one of the CE's). The squad was repopulated and renamed a general infantry squad, but after the wipe out, the remaining members renamed the squad to show the inevitability of Death.
Patch: A simple grim reaper.
Motto: "Death will not be denied"
