Admiral T'Larod
Admiral T'Larod is a Romulan admiral who lead, along with ambassador Ne'ran, the diplomatic talks over Nelvana III for the Romulan.
Little is known about him, except that he took profits of the departure of several captains who became senators to fill the void created by Shinzon coup d'etat to climb the rank. He was promoted to the rank of captain during the Dominion War. Since then, as the Romulan has remained military silent and peaceful, there is no record of what he did during the 2381-2414 period, except that it is known he has been promoted to Admiral in 2408.
