ISS Rosenante
The ISS Rosenante is the flagship of the Imperial Union of Planets. It is considered the most power starship in the quadrant and is the primary means of striking fear into the heart of the IUP's enemies. The vessel is equipped with the most sophisticated weapons, shields and drive technologies available.
The ship is commander by Captain Ahmed Ibn Salid.
The ship is known for her brutal efficiency and has served in dozens of campaigns against forces of the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance.
The vessel was dispatched in 2408 to deploy the Omega Device against the Planet Sunali II. This world had defected to KCA forces and was currently acting as a staging point for a task force that would be invading IUP space.
The Omega Device was deployed against the Sunali sun. The star system was destroyed, taking with it the enemy task force as well as the planet. The ISS Rosenante while attempting to escape by using their Spiral Warp Drive, was instead forced through a dimensional rift and deposited into the normal universe.
The ISS Rosenante first appeared in the USS Rosenante mission: Into the Darkness, Go I.
