Watraii

The Watraii are thought to be a splinter race of the Romulan Homeworld, exiled hundreds of years ago for their genetic weaknesses. Little is truley known about them as they are very secretive and prefer to keep themselves isolated, more out of protection for their kind than anything else.

Other than a different hair and eye colour, they are thought to be nearly identicle to their Romulan cousins. Their reflexes are known to be much quicker than that of a Romulan, and their focus is on more primitive tools and technology.
